Voltage regulators
Replacement regulators matched to the reference, with the original connector footprint.
Guangzhou · China — alternators & starters manufacturer
02 Capabilities
Research, development, design, trade and brand-OEM production in a single Guangzhou operation. We build the stator, wind the rotor, assemble the unit, test it and pack it under your label.
01 Manufacturing scope
The plant produces automotive alternators, generator stators and generator rotors at over 100,000 sets a year, supported by component machining and sub-assembly for the parts that wear out first.
Housing, stator, rotor, regulator and rectifier brought together against a reference sheet — pin count, pulley type and output confirmed before the batch starts.
Winding, inserting and varnishing are done in-house, which is why we can hold tolerances on output and keep the lead time of a repeat order short.
Regulators, rectifier bridges, brush holders, solenoids, drive gears, rotors and stators are supplied both as service parts and as inputs to our own assembly.
02 Components
Beyond complete units we supply the service components that repairers and rebuilders order alongside them — same packing list, same shipment.
Replacement regulators matched to the reference, with the original connector footprint.
Diode plates and bridge assemblies for the alternator families in the catalogue.
Carbon brush sets and holders for both alternator and starter service.
Magnetic switches for starter families, supplied loose or fitted to the unit.
Pinions from 8T to 12T, matched to the starter reference and rotation.
Wound stators, rotors and overrunning alternator pulleys for rebuild programmes.
03 Brand-OEM
We already produce for established domestic and export brands, and we take on private-label programmes for distributors who want their own name on the carton.
Tell us the references, the annual volume and how you want the cartons marked. We will come back with the packing specification before quoting.
OEM numbers or samples, target quantities, destination market.
ZL reference, pin/pulley configuration, output rating, packing.
Bench-tested sample for fitment, then a signed specification.
Batch build, final test, label and carton per the approved spec.
04 Quality control
Inspection starts with the material that arrives and ends with the unit that leaves. Records are kept against the shipment so a claim can be traced back to a batch.
Copper wire, bearings, regulators and castings checked against the batch specification before they reach the line.
Winding and assembly checks at each station, with the reference sheet travelling alongside the batch.
Output, regulation and running behaviour verified on the test bench before the unit is boxed.
Batch marking on the unit and the carton, tied to production records for the shipment.
SGS, BV or your own QC team are welcome on site before shipment — we would rather find it here than at your dock.
Packing lists, invoices and test records issued with the shipment; further documents on request with the order.
